Questions?
Answers.

Will a roofing specialist actually get on my roof?

Yes. A roofing specialist visits your building and gets on your roof in person. We confirm how to access the roof when we call to schedule your visit.

Do you check the whole roof?

Yes. We walk the whole roof, checking its surface, seams, penetrations, drains, curbs, and edges. We photograph its condition and mark anything that needs attention on the roof map, so you can see where each finding belongs.

How much does the inspection cost?

There is no charge for the visit or your Roof Report, and nothing to buy afterwards. Any repair work is priced separately for you to review before you approve it.

How do I schedule an inspection?

Select Book, enter your building address, and add your contact details. We call the same business day to arrange the visit. Book after hours and we call first thing the next business day.

Do I need to be there?

Usually, no. Most roofs can be reached from outside. If access is through a locked gate or roof hatch, someone will need to arrange entry. We confirm access on the scheduling call, and your contact does not need to stay for the whole visit.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. You can change or cancel your booking when we call to arrange the visit. If your plans change afterwards, contact your roofing specialist to arrange the next step.

What do I get after the inspection?

Your Roof Report is sent to the email address you provide after the visit. It brings together photos, findings, recommendations, and proposals with pricing. You can review it on your phone and share it with anyone helping you decide.

Am I committing to repairs?

No. Booking an inspection does not commit you to any work. Review your report, ask questions, and talk it through. Repairs only go ahead when you approve them.

Who can help me understand my report?

Your dedicated roofing specialist can walk you through the findings and proposals, explain what needs attention, and answer your questions. You decide when you’re ready.

Make your next decision with confidence.

Understand your roof’s condition and plan what comes next. Review repair recommendations and pricing. Approve work when you’re ready.
