At the building

After you pay, we call your contact. When we arrive, your contact lets us onto the roof; the crew waits 20 minutes. We trace the water from the stain to where it's getting in, stop or control it, and make the immediate repair. You get a Roof Report before we leave.

A leak is one place where water is coming into the building. Use these examples to help choose your number.

Nearby drips count as one leak.
Two or three drips within a few feet of each other are one leak. Count the affected area, even if you need more than one bucket.
Different rooms count separately.
A leak in one room and another in a different room count as two leaks. Spots across the building from each other count separately, too.
Choose how many you want stopped.
The first leak is included. Each additional leak is $95. Your number tells the crew how many leaks you authorize them to repair.

Still not sure?

Choose the number you can see. A dispatcher calls within an hour of payment and can help confirm your count.

What if the crew finds more?

They call your contact before repairing any additional leaks, at $95 each. If they find fewer, you’re refunded the difference.
