Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms
These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.frsgusa.com (the "Site"), operated by Flat Roof Systems Group LLC("FRSG"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Site.
These Terms govern the website. The terms applicable to a service purchase, inspection, or approved repair govern that service. Nothing in these Terms reduces a refund, guarantee, or other commitment FRSG makes under a service agreement.
Site Content; Permitted Use
The text, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, and other materials on the Site belong to FRSG or are used with permission from their owners. You may read, download, and share links to public materials to evaluate our services or manage a property. You may also share unmodified copies internally with the people involved in those decisions, provided that ownership notices are retained.
Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not republish, sell, or present our content as your own without written permission. Permission to use the Site does not grant a right to use FRSG's name or logo to suggest an affiliation or endorsement.
Your Use of the Site
You agree to provide accurate information in service requests, purchases, and communications and to correct information that may affect FRSG's ability to reach you or identify the building. Provide another person's contact details only when you are authorized to do so.
You may not use the Site to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests or payments, transmit malicious code, obtain information you are not authorized to access, bypass security or access controls, or interfere with the Site's operation. Automated requests must not disrupt the Site or circumvent restrictions on access.
Service Requests; Purchases and Payments
LeakStop purchases are governed by the LeakStop Terms, including the arrival commitments, guarantee, cancellation policy, and refunds. If those terms conflict with these Terms on a matter concerning your LeakStop purchase, the LeakStop Terms control. Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout.
Booking a Roof Inspection submits a request for FRSG to contact you, arrange the visit, and settle any applicable fee. It does not purchase a LeakStop or authorize additional repair work. Additional work requires your approval of its scope and price.
Service availability depends on the building's location and the options offered when you make your request or purchase. Published prices and service options may change for future purchases. A later website change does not alter the agreed price or terms of an existing purchase.
Privacy; Website Analytics
Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected through the Site, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.
FRSG uses PostHog to measure website use, including page views, estimated visits, whether readers find our Resources helpful, and how far visitors get through a LeakStop Purchase: which step they reached, which explanatory panels they opened, whether a failure stopped them, and the Arrival Window, Leak Zone count, and Night Fee behind the price they were shown. No address, contact details, or payment details are sent with those measurements. We also use session replay with form inputs masked and customer details blocked to understand navigation and usability problems. Analytics uses temporary browser-tab session storage, without analytics cookies or person profiles. You can exclude visits from your browser using Analytics Preferences. That preference applies to future page loads on that browser and device; clearing site data removes it.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any consent required by applicable privacy law or limit your privacy rights. Further details about analytics and browser storage appear in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services and Links
Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps Platform. Use of that feature is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service.
The Site also uses third-party mapping and payment services and may link to external websites. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Maps, property outlines, and estimated measurements help identify a building; they are not surveys or verification of property boundaries, ownership, or roof condition.
An external link does not by itself constitute FRSG's endorsement of the linked content. FRSG does not control external websites. Use of a third-party provider does not remove FRSG's obligations to you under an applicable service agreement.
Roofing Information and Examples
Resources, photographs, example reports, and descriptions on the Site provide general information about roofing and FRSG's services. They do not establish the condition of your roof or replace an inspection of your building. The appropriate work depends on the conditions found at the property and the scope you approve.
Site Availability; Disclaimers
FRSG provides the Site on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every item of general information will remain current. We may correct errors and modify or suspend website features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, FRSG disclaims implied warranties concerning the Site itself, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This provision does not disclaim the LeakStop Guarantee, warranties applicable to work FRSG performs, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FRSG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising solely from use of or inability to access the Site. This limitation concerns website use; it does not limit liability for roofing services or amounts owed under a service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit FRSG to limit. If a limitation is prohibited in your jurisdiction, it does not apply to you to that extent.
Restrictions on Access
FRSG may restrict access to the Site when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, a security threat, or a violation of these Terms. Restricting website access does not cancel an existing service obligation or eliminate a refund or other right you may have. You may contact FRSG about an existing purchase even if website access is restricted.
Changes to These Terms; Applicable Law
FRSG may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the date below. Revisions apply to subsequent website use and do not retroactively change an existing service agreement. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law.
Oregon law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim or contact a regulator. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
