Questions?
Answers.

Is the Drone Check really free?

Yes. It’s free, with no obligation. You don’t pay for the flight or the photos, and you don’t have to buy anything afterwards.

What do I get?

Photos of your roof from above and a short summary of what we see. We email you a link to a page for your building where you can look through them.

How often can I get one?

Once a year for every building. If yours had one in the last 12 months, we tell you the date it’s free again. Want the full picture sooner? A Roof Report is a walk-on inspection, from $300.

How soon do you fly?

We call within one business day of your booking to set the time of the flight.

Is a Drone Check the same as a Roof Report?

No. A Drone Check shows you what we see from above. A Roof Report adds a drone map and a walk-on inspection, and tells you the roof’s condition, how many years it has left, and what repairs and a new roof would cost. It starts at $300.

What if you see a problem?

You decide what happens next. Book Roof Service for a repair or a cleanup, or order a Roof Report, each at a posted price. Ready for repairs? Ask for a free Proposal. Or join RoofCare and we cover your roof all year. Nothing happens unless you order it.

Do you fly where I am?

We fly roofs in the area we serve. Enter your address when you book and we’ll tell you if it’s outside that area.

Water is coming in right now. Should I book a Drone Check?

No, don’t wait. Book Roof Service and choose a visit within 6 hours, day or night, for $250 more.
