How is my price set?
By your roof’s size. A home with a flat roof is $69 a month. For a commercial building we measure the roof from its outline on the map when you join: up to 10,000 sq ft is $129, 10,000 to 25,000 sq ft is $179, and 25,000 to 50,000 sq ft is $249. Over 50,000 sq ft, we quote it.
How long is the plan?
RoofCare is a 12-month plan. Paid monthly, it renews month to month after the 12 months until you cancel. Paid yearly, it renews each year until you cancel.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12: from $690 a year. Choose it when you join.
I manage several buildings. Is there a discount?
Yes. With 5 or more buildings, monthly plans are 10% off. Talk to us and we set it up: call (971) 339-6436 or email contact@frsgusa.com. Paying yearly already saves more, and discounts don’t stack.
When can I use my free Roof Service visit?
Starting 30 days after you join, day or night, even within 6 hours. You get one each plan year, and it doesn’t carry over to the next year.
How do I use it?
Book Roof Service for your building with the email on your plan. The visit is matched to your plan and comes off your invoice.
What do visits cost after the free one?
The usual Roof Service price, with 15% off extra time and larger materials.
What is the 30-day credit?
Try us once. If you join RoofCare within 30 days, what you paid comes off your first year. That’s anything you paid us for the building in the 30 days before you join, like a Roof Service visit or a Roof Report, up to your first year’s total. Paid monthly, it comes off your plan payments. Paid yearly, it’s refunded to your card after your first payment.
What isn’t covered?
Storm damage and damage caused by other trades are not covered. Bigger repairs and full replacements are quoted per job, with 15% off for members.
My roof needs work. Can I still join?
Roofs in poor condition need key repairs before joining. If we find yours needs them, we tell you what has to be fixed first, or refund what you paid for the plan.
Can my price change?
Your price may change at renewal, based on your yearly Roof Report.
