That record makes the rest of the work better. FRSG photographs the problem, the repair, and the result on every job, so the quality of the work can be checked instead of taken on trust. Each visit starts from what the last one found. When a building is sold, refinanced, or insured, or a warranty or insurance claim is made, the proof of what was done to the roof, and when, is already on file.

Customers
FRSG specializes in flat roof systems. Most of FRSG’s work is on commercial buildings, including apartment and multifamily buildings. FRSG also works on single-family homes with flat roofs. When a building FRSG is working on also has shingled sections, FRSG handles those sections too.
FRSG does not take on shingle roofs on their own. When a property manager’s portfolio includes a few single-family homes with shingle roofs, FRSG arranges that work through a subcontractor it trusts. FRSG does not work with homeowners whose homes have shingle roofs, or with property management companies whose buildings are only residential shingle roofs.

FRSG starts every job from the roof’s actual condition. FRSG repairs what failed, keeps what still works, and recommends replacing a roof only when repairing it would cost more than it saves.
Free Drone Check
For a first look at any roof. FRSG flies a drone over the roof and sends photos and a short summary of what it sees. It is free, with no obligation.
Roof Service
For any flat roof job, from an active leak to clearing the roof before the rain. Roof Service covers roof leaks, ponding water, skylight andAC unit leaks, storm damage, and maintenance, including cleaning, moss removal, and drain clearing.
One price for every building, commercial or residential: $395 for 2 hours of work. Sealant, caulk, silicone, and small patches are included. Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours and always confirmed first. Larger materials are billed at cost + 15%. A visit within 6 hours, day or night, or on a weekend, is $250 more.
FRSG calls within 2 hours of a booking. No one needs to meet the technician. Before and after photos of the work come with the invoice, and businesses can pay on Net 30.
Roof Report
For a roof whose condition needs to be known, including when a building is being bought or sold. A drone map plus a walk-on inspection tells the owner the roof’s condition, how many years it has left, and what repairs or replacement will cost. It is priced by roof size and delivered within four business days of payment.
Roof Repair
For a specific failure. Roof Repairs are permanent repairs to seams, drains, flashing, penetrations, and damaged areas, documented with photos of the problem, the repair, and the result. FRSG repairs TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up (BUR), spray foam (SPF), metal, and coated roofs.
RoofCare
For a roof in good condition. One monthly price, based on the roof’s size, covers the roof all year: a yearly Roof Report, a Fall Prep visit, a free Roof Service visit, and a member discount on everything else.
Silicone Roof Coating
For a roof that is worn but still sound. FRSG reseals the existing roof with 100% silicone, extending its life without replacing it. FRSG confirms the roof qualifies first.
Full Reroof
For a roof that repairs can no longer keep in service. A Full Reroof replaces the roof’s membrane system, by tear-off or by overlay. FRSG offers a Full Reroof only when repairing would cost more than it saves. Scope, price, and schedule are set for each roof.

FRSG works across Oregon and Washington. Roof Service costs the same at every address in both states, and is booked online.
