Branches and debris,
off your roof.

A storm leaves a flat roof covered in what the wind brought down: branches, leaves, and needles. It piles up against the walls and over the drains, right where the next rain needs to go. The technician clears it all and carries it off the roof.

Leaves, needles, and dirt piled against the walls of a white flat roof beside a vent, with more debris on the roof next door.

Drains opened before the next rain.

Debris washes into the drains and gutters and plugs them. The technician clears every one, so the next rain runs off the roof instead of sitting on it.

Lifted by the wind?
Sealed back down.

Wind gets under a loose seam or edge and peels it up, and a falling branch can tear the roof open. The technician seals the lifted spots back down and patches the torn ones, even under a tarp put up in a hurry. Anything bigger is talked through by phone first.

If water came in during the storm, just tell us where it shows up inside. The technician follows it back to where it gets in and seals it there.

One storm down.
Ready for the next.

In Oregon and Washington, storms come one after another all winter. A visit after a big one clears what it left and seals weak spots before the next one finds them. Most flat roofs can’t be seen from the ground, so it’s worth a look even when nothing is leaking yet.

Everyday materials, included.

Most small repairs need only the basics: sealant, caulk, silicone, and patches. They come with every visit, so you never pay extra for a tube of caulk.

Bigger repairs, simple pricing.

Sometimes a fix needs more, like a new drain or a section of membrane. The part is billed at what it actually costs, plus 15% to cover getting it to your roof: ordering it, picking it up, and carrying it up there. The receipt comes with it.2

Net 30 for businesses.

Billing that fits the way your company already pays. One invoice, due in 30 days, with your PO number on it and the before and after photos attached, ready to file or forward.

Documented before you ask.

Every visit is documented as it happens, so you have proof of the work without having to ask for it.

Questions?
Answers.

Can someone come out right after the storm?

Yes. Choose Within 6 hours when you book, and a technician is on your roof within 6 hours, day or night, weekends included. It’s $250 more.

Why is my roof leaking after a storm?

Wind drives rain into openings a normal rain doesn’t reach: lifted seams, torn spots, and cracked sealant around pipes and vents. Debris in the drains can also back water up into worn edges. The technician finds where the water gets in and seals it there.

A tree branch fell on my roof. What should I do?

The technician clears the branch and the debris off the roof, checks the spot under it for tears, and patches them. If a tree is still leaning on the building, call a tree service first.

How do I know if my flat roof has storm damage?

Look for branches or piles of debris on the roof, water standing where it didn’t before, and new stains or drips inside. Lifted seams and small tears are hard to spot, so the technician walks the whole roof and photographs what they find.

Should I get my roof checked after a storm?

After a big one, yes. Most flat roofs can’t be seen from the ground, so a lifted seam or a plugged drain can go unnoticed until the next rain finds it.

Can I send the photos to my insurance?

Yes. Before and after photos of everything come with the invoice, ready to forward to your insurance company or the owner. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer.

How much does storm damage repair cost?

$395 covers 2 hours of work, with sealant and small patches included. Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours and always confirmed first. Bigger repairs are priced by phone before any work, with materials at cost + 15%.

Do you repair storm damage on commercial roofs?

Yes. Commercial buildings and homes are the same price, and businesses can pay on Net 30.
