How much does a Roof Report cost?
$0.07 per sq ft for the first 10,000 sq ft, $0.04 after that, $300 minimum. A 10,000 sq ft roof is $700, a 20,000 sq ft roof is $1,100, and a 30,000 sq ft roof is $1,500. Roofs over 50,000 sq ft get a custom quote.
How do you know how big my roof is?
Enter your address and confirm your building’s outline on the map. We measure the roof from that outline and show you the price before you pay. If we can’t find your building, book a free Drone Check and we’ll measure it.
When do I get it?
Standard is within 4 business days of payment. Closing soon? Choose Rush when you order and it arrives within 48 hours, $250 more. Your receipt shows the exact time it’s due.
What’s in a Roof Report?
It opens with three numbers: how many years the roof has left, a repair budget, and a replacement budget per square foot. Then a drone map of your roof and every finding from the walk-on inspection, with photos. The PDF carries the same three numbers on its cover.
Does it include Proposals?
No, and they’re free. The report gives you budgets. When you want a firm price to fix something, ask for a free Proposal and it shows on your building’s page, next to the report.
Will someone actually get on my roof?
Yes. Every Roof Report includes a walk-on inspection as well as the drone map.
Am I committing to repairs?
No. The Roof Report tells you what repairs and a new roof would cost. Any work is priced in a free Proposal, and nothing goes ahead unless you approve it.
How is it different from the free Drone Check?
A free Drone Check is photos from above and a short summary of what we see, once a year for every building. A Roof Report adds a drone map and a walk-on inspection, and tells you the roof’s condition, how many years it has left, and what repairs and a new roof would cost.
