Ponding Water
Standing water,
fixed for good.
A technician finds out why the water won’t drain and fixes that, then checks the roof by drone after the next rain. Book in a few minutes and get a call within 2 hours.
From $395, drone check included.
Water that won’t go away?
It needs a real plan.
Water that sits on a flat roof slowly wears it down, a little more with every rain. Clearing the drains and hoping isn’t a fix. So it’s done in steps: try the most likely fix first, check if it worked, and only do more if it didn’t.

First, clear the drains.
Clogged drains are the most common cause, so they come first. The leaves and dirt are bagged and carried off the roof.

Wait for the next rain, then check with a drone.
Usually within a week or two, and the drone check is included. If the water’s gone, you’re done. If it’s still there, the photos show exactly where.
Still ponding?
Fix just that spot.
If water still sits after the drains are clear, part of your roof is lower than the rest, so water collects there. There are two ways to fix it, and you get a price by phone first.

A new drain where the water sits.
Sometimes one part of the roof gets more water than its drain can handle, or the nearest drain is too far away. Adding a drain right there gives the water a way off the roof.
Or silicone over the low spot.
Silicone isn’t hurt by standing water like a normal roof is. The spot gets coated and stays protected.
Documented for
your next new roof.
Every step is recorded, with drone photos of where the water sat. When it’s time for a new roof, you’ll know exactly where it needs more slope. Until then, the silicone keeps that spot safe.

No surprises on the bill.
$395 covers the first 2 hours of work, for a home or a commercial building. Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours and always confirmed with you first.1

Everyday materials, included.
Most small repairs need only the basics: sealant, caulk, silicone, and patches. They come with every visit, so you never pay extra for a tube of caulk.

Bigger repairs, simple pricing.
Sometimes a fix needs more, like a new drain or a section of membrane. The part is billed at what it actually costs, plus 15% to cover getting it to your roof: ordering it, picking it up, and carrying it up there. The receipt comes with it.2
Net 30 for businesses.
Billing that fits the way your company already pays. One invoice, due in 30 days, with your PO number on it and the before and after photos attached, ready to file or forward.
Documented before you ask.
Every visit is documented as it happens, so you have proof of the work without having to ask for it.

Before and after photos of everything.
The roof as the technician found it, then every drain cleared and spot sealed once it’s done. They come with the invoice, ready to forward to the owner or the board.
All in one place, ready to share.
Each visit is added to your roof’s record, with photos pinned to where they were taken on the roof. Everything that’s been done stays in one spot instead of scattered across emails and folders.

Questions?
Answers.
How long can water sit on a flat roof?
A puddle that’s gone within a day or two is normal. If water is still there 48 hours after the rain stops, that’s ponding, and it’s worth fixing.
Is ponding water bad for a flat roof?
Yes, over time. Water that sits wears down the roof’s top layer a little more with every rain. It’s also heavy, and a roof isn’t built to hold that weight for long.
Will ponding water cause a leak?
It’s where most flat roof leaks start. If it’s already leaking inside, say so when we call. The leak gets fixed first.
What causes ponding water on a flat roof?
Most often, clogged drains. Otherwise, part of the roof is lower than the rest, either because it was built too flat or because it has sunk over the years.
How do you fix ponding water on a flat roof?
The drains are cleared first. After the next rain, a free drone check shows whether any water is left. If it is, that spot gets a new drain or a silicone coating, priced by phone first.
How much does it cost to fix ponding water?
$395 covers 2 hours of work, plus the free drone check after the next rain. Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours and always confirmed first. A new drain or a silicone coating is priced by phone before any work, with materials at cost + 15%.
Do I need a new roof to fix ponding?
No. A new drain or silicone fixes the spot now. The drone photos show where the next new roof needs more slope, whenever that comes.
Do you fix ponding on commercial roofs?
Yes. Homes and commercial buildings are the same price, and businesses can pay on Net 30.
