What RoofCare Is
These terms (the "Terms") apply to your RoofCare plan from Flat Roof Systems Group LLC ("FRSG"). By joining RoofCare, you agree to these Terms. If you join on behalf of a business or property owner, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
RoofCare is a plan for one building. For one price, paid monthly or yearly, FRSG provides the benefits below for that building in every plan year. A "plan year" starts on the day your plan starts and on each anniversary of that day.
Your Price
Your price is set by your building type and your roof’s size, measured from the building outline you confirm when you join:
- Home (flat roof): $69 a month, or $690 a year.
- Up to 10,000 sq ft: $129 a month, or $1,290 a year.
- 10,000 to 25,000 sq ft: $179 a month, or $1,790 a year.
- 25,000 to 50,000 sq ft: $249 a month, or $2,490 a year.
- Over 50,000 sq ft: a price quoted for your building.
You choose monthly or yearly billing when you join. The yearly price is 10 times the monthly price, for 12 months of the plan. Your price is charged through Stripe to the payment method you give when you join: each month, or once a year. Your price may change at renewal, based on your yearly Roof Report.
Term and Renewal
RoofCare is a 12-month plan. Billed monthly, it renews month to month after the first 12 months until it is cancelled. Billed yearly, it renews for another year at each anniversary until it is cancelled.
Five or More Buildings
A customer with RoofCare on 5 or more buildings may receive 10% off the monthly price of each monthly plan, arranged with FRSG and applied from the next monthly payment after FRSG confirms it. Yearly plans are not discounted further, because yearly billing already costs less. Discounts on a plan’s price do not stack. The member discount on work, below, is separate and still applies.
What Every Plan Year Includes
- One Roof Report, for your budget planning.
- One Fall Prep visit: drains, gutters, debris, and small reseals before the rain.
- One free Roof Service visit, as described below.
- 15% off repairs, extra time, and extra materials, as described below.
- Priority service: a member’s Roof Service visit is handled ahead of other visits due at the same time.
FRSG calls to schedule your Roof Report and Fall Prep visit. Benefits that are not used in a plan year do not carry over to the next one.
Your Free Roof Service Visit
Each plan year includes one Roof Service visit at no charge, day or night: the visit’s 2 hours of work, its included materials, and a visit within 6 hours or on a weekend if you choose one. It can be used starting 30 days after your plan starts. It doesn’t carry over to the next year. Extra time and larger materials are billed as on any Roof Service visit, always confirmed with you first, with the member discount below.
To use it, book Roof Service for the building on your plan with the email address on your plan. FRSG matches the booking to your plan, and the visit comes off your invoice. A member who already used a free LeakStop in the current plan year has used that year’s free visit.
Other Visits
Every Roof Service visit after your free one is charged at the Roof Service price shown when you book, with the member discount below on extra time and larger materials.
The Member Discount
Members receive 15% off repairs that FRSG quotes for the building on the plan, applied to the subtotal before tax, and 15% off extra time and extra materials billed after a Roof Service visit. The discount is shown as its own line. Bigger repairs and full replacements are quoted per job.
Your 30-Day Credit
If you join RoofCare, anything you paid FRSG for the building on your plan in the 30 days before your plan starts, for a Roof Service visit, a Roof Report, a LeakStop, or a Roof Cleaning, is credited toward your first year. The credit cannot exceed your first year’s total. On a monthly plan it is applied to your plan payments. On a yearly plan it is refunded to the card you paid with, after your first yearly payment.
Roofs in Poor Condition
Roofs in poor condition need key repairs before joining. If FRSG finds that your roof needs them, FRSG will tell you which repairs are needed. If you choose not to make them, FRSG will cancel your plan and refund what you paid for it.
What RoofCare Does Not Cover
Storm damage and damage caused by other trades are not covered. Work outside the benefits above, including repairs and replacements, is quoted and approved separately.
Cancellation
To cancel your plan, contact FRSG at (971) 339-6436 or contact@frsgusa.com. FRSG will confirm the date your plan ends. Cancelling a yearly plan stops its next renewal; the plan year you paid for runs to its end.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any cancellation, refund, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
