What does $395 include?

Up to 2 hours of work on your roof: clearing debris and drains, checking the whole roof, and sealing weak spots. Sealant, caulk, and small patches are included.

What if my roof needs more than 2 hours?

Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours. It’s always confirmed with you first.

Do I pay for materials?

Everyday materials are included. Larger materials, like a new drain or a section of membrane, are cost plus 15%, and you get the price first. Receipts are available on request.

What if my roof is leaking right now?

Choose Within 6 hours when you book. Someone can be on your roof within 6 hours, day or night, weekends included, for $250 more.

Do I need to be there?

No. Tell us how to get on the roof when we call, and the technician takes it from there.

Do you offer Net 30?

Yes, for businesses. Choose A business when you book, and one invoice goes to your billing email after the visit, due in 30 days.

Can I book more than one building?

Yes. Book one now, and we’ll go over the rest when we call.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel free up to 24 hours before your visit. Later cancellations, or visits where the technician can’t get on the roof or reach you, have a $150 trip fee.

Will I see what was done?

Yes. You get before and after photos of everything, ready to forward to the owner.
