Roof Leak Repair
Roof leaking?
Not for long.
Book in a few minutes and get a call within 2 hours. Can’t wait? A technician can be on your roof within 6 hours, day or night.1
From $395, sealant and patches included.2
Packed and ready.
Technicians are on call with leak repair kits ready for any emergency roof leak. Get someone on the roof before the damage spreads.

You know it’s leaking.
That’s enough.
When we call within 2 hours, just tell us where it’s showing up inside. Tracking it to the spot on the roof is the technician’s job.

Even if it’s been patched before.
A dab of caulk or a tarp can hold for a while, then the leak comes back. This time, the technician finds where the water actually gets in and repairs it there.

Even if it’s nowhere near the drip.
Water can travel a long way under a flat roof before it shows up on your ceiling. When it’s a seam that’s pulled apart, the technician reinforces the whole seam, not just the spot above where the water shows up inside.

Even if it’s around something on the roof.
Pipes, vents, and units all come up through the roof, and the gaps around them are a common way in. The technician reseals or patches each one right at the base.

Even if the water isn’t draining right.
Water that pools around a drain or curb works its way into worn edges. The technician patches and reseals them. If the drain itself needs replacing, you get a price before any work starts.
No surprises on the bill.
$395 covers the first 2 hours of work, for a home or a commercial building. Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours and always confirmed with you first.3

Everyday materials, included.
Most small repairs need only the basics: sealant, caulk, silicone, and patches. They come with every visit, so you never pay extra for a tube of caulk.

Bigger repairs, simple pricing.
Sometimes a fix needs more, like a new drain or a section of membrane. The part is billed at what it actually costs, plus 15% to cover getting it to your roof: ordering it, picking it up, and carrying it up there. The receipt comes with it.2
Net 30 for businesses.
Billing that fits the way your company already pays. One invoice, due in 30 days, with your PO number on it and the before and after photos attached, ready to file or forward.
Documented before you ask.
Every visit is documented as it happens, so you have proof of the work without having to ask for it.

Before and after photos of everything.
The roof as the technician found it, then every repair once it’s done. They come with the invoice, ready to forward to the owner or the board.
All in one place, ready to share.
Each visit is added to your roof’s record, with photos pinned to where they were taken on the roof. Everything that’s been done stays in one spot instead of scattered across emails and folders.

Questions?
Answers.
How much does roof leak repair cost?
$395 covers 2 hours of work, for a home or a commercial building. Sealant, caulk, silicone, and small patches are included. Extra time is $125/hr, billed in half hours and always confirmed first. Larger materials, like a section of membrane, are cost + 15%.
Can someone come out tonight?
Yes. Choose Within 6 hours when you book, and a technician is on your roof within 6 hours, day or night, weekends included. It’s $250 more.
Do I need to be there?
No. You get a call within 2 hours of booking. Tell us how to get on the roof, and the technician takes it from there.
What if the leak needs a bigger repair?
You get a call with a photo and a price before any work starts. Nothing more happens until you say yes.
What if the water isn’t coming from the roof?
The technician fixes the roof side: seams, patches, and the spots where pipes, vents, and units come through the roof. Leaks from plumbing, windows, walls, or HVAC equipment need a different trade.
Will I see what was fixed?
Yes. Before and after photos of everything come with the invoice, ready to forward to the owner.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Choose A business when you book. One invoice goes to your billing email after the visit, due in 30 days. Add a PO number if you use them.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before your visit. Later cancellations, or visits where the technician can’t get on the roof, have a $150 trip fee.
